Up Down Cut 2 Flute Spiral (2+2 Compression) Multi Chip Breaker
Product Description
Designed for a fast feed rate and smooth finish; where speed is the primary concern and the finish is of secondary importance.
The chip breakers are staggered; the chip breaker 'breaks' the bigger chip down in size.
Due to the staggered symmetry one flute cuts with the chip breaker and the other flute cuts clean. Different from a Hogging/Roughing Spiral where the cut is far more aggressive and the finish can be fairly rippled.
Compatible with CNC, hand held and table mounted routers.
