Mach Industrial 1 flute up cut spirals for general wood routing in materials like MDF, HDF, plywood, MFC, hardwoods and softwoods.
1 Flute spirals work well with smaller CNC rigs, especially where feedrates are low and spindles tend to be underpowered.
Heat can be a factor when cutting small parts, feedrates will be limited because of the cutout size; here 1 flutes excel because of their lower feedrates.
