Modified Whiteside Edge Bead

The modification relates to the complete removal of the ball bearing guide and ball bearing journal.
The modified edge bead bits are for CNC edge forming, the finished cut profile being an almost perfect half-round edge.
Boards to be edged should be lifted a few millimetres above the spoilboard.
Edge bead bits are designed for edge forming where the board edges are trimmed and finished to a radius profile, CNC nesting or small part cut-outs are not recommended with the edge bead bits. Edge bead bits are not qualified for plunging.
