Half Round (Bullnose)
Product Description
The convex radius shaped half round or bullnose router bits will cut 3 basic profile patterns:
- full half round (perfect semicircle); where stock thickness = semicircle diameter
- partial half round; where stock thickness < semicircle diameter
- full half round with reveals; where stock thickness > semicircle diameter
Bullnose profiles can be found on stair tread nosings, window casings, window sills, window boards, worktop edges, table top edges, vanity top edges, drawer fronts; hand grip cutouts; etc.
Suitable for CNC, hand held and table mounted routers.
All Whiteside’s cutting tips are hand brazed, precision ground and machined in USA from high grade industrial micro grain tungsten carbide.
