Product Description
Recommended stock thickness = 11.11mm to 19.05mm (7/16” to 3/4”).
The matched sets with ball bearing guides control the cutting depth allowing for round, arched and special shaped doors. The miniature stile and rail bit sets work just like their full size counterparts but they feature a reduced pattern size and they provide a tongue and groove of 3.97mm × 6.35mm (5/32" x 1/4").
The Whiteside stile & rail bit set is sold as a 2 piece set but each cutter can be ordered individually:
- Whiteside 5740A (stile cutter)
- Whiteside 5740B (rail cutter)
- Whiteside B27 bearing (for both cutters)
- Whiteside 5740AG for stile groover and 5740BG for rail groover
Recommended RPM = 18000 maximum.
For table mounted routers only.
All Whiteside’s cutting tips are hand brazed, precision ground and made from American industrial grade micro grain tungsten carbide.
