Product Description
Recommended stock thickness = 15.88mm to 22.23mm (5/8” to 7/8”).
Whiteside stile & rail router bit sets cut both the profile and scribe joints required for traditional wood panel door construction.
Ball bearing guides control the cutting depth allowing for round, arched and special shaped doors.
Whiteside's stile and rail bit set are a perfectly matched pair.
Components can be ordered individually:
- Add 'A' to the part number for example Whiteside 6001A (profile cutting bit - complete bit)
- Add 'B' to the part number for example Whiteside 6001B (scribe cutting bit - complete bit)
- Whiteside B5 ball bearing (replacement ball bearing for both bits)
- Whiteside 6625 (replacement groove cutter for both bits)
Recommended RPM = 18000 maximum.
For table mounted routers only.
All Whiteside’s cutting tips are hand brazed, precision ground and made from American industrial grade micro grain tungsten carbide.
