Good value router bit sets from Whiteside Machine Company.
Set 501 - is a 4 piece bit set that all feature with 12.7mm (1/2”) shanks. The ½” shank cutters are factory assembled with the standard B3 bearings but the set also includes 4no. × B2 bearings.
Set 502 - is a 5 piece bit set that all feature with 6.35mm (1/4”) shanks. The ¼” shank cutters are also factory assembled with the standard B3 bearings but the set includes 5no. × B2 bearings.
Additionally Whiteside have included with each set:
1no. × HK3/32” hex key wrench
1no. × 54025S socket head cap screw (spare)
Round Over cutters are by far the most popular edge-forming cutters. B3 bearings which will provide a standard ‘smooth’ round over pattern and the B2 bearings convert the cutter by adding a bead detail.
Compatible with hand held and table mounted routers.
All Whiteside’s cutting tips are hand brazed, precision ground and made from American industrial grade micro grain tungsten carbide.
