"Very good customer service with the Email system, got all the info I was after. Website laid out nicely to navigate. Only thing was that Paypal for payments isn't as easy as if you had just a credit card payment. I had to make a paypa account as they wouldn't let me just use my card. Apart from that minor thing, I am very happy."

"I had to check out twice - the first time with when moving to the PayPal portal the charged price was nearly double what was noted on the website for the Carving Liner Router bit. In the details it seemed to charge the tax and the shipping twice. I'm not sure what happened but upon cancelling the order before confirmation and then resending it, the price dropped to the appropriate amount. I would suggest you revise the Paypal portal because this experience has made me suspicious of the website. Had I not already purchased from Router Cutter in the past I would likely have cancelled the order and not returned to the Website."
