"Checkout sucks. At first glance it looks like I had to pay with Paypal. I don't want to. After filling in the credit card details and pressing continue the payment fails. Only then did i notice that I have to tick a box to say no to paypal AGAIN.. nearly gave up. Going back clears the shopping cart.. thats friendly... If Paypal were a good company they would not try stupid tricks.."

"Difficult - to add multiple items to the basket I had to go back to the start each time - there is no 'Continue shopping' link to return to - in my case the sloting bits page. Also, I shouldn't need to plod through fields for my name, address, etc., if I'm paying by PayPal (which gives you all that automatically). Whoever's doing your website is clueless / isn't trying."
