"My first order with yourselves, I spoke with Thayne (sorry if I have got that wrong) he was very helpful and guided me to a more appropriate and flexible alternative to the roundover cutter I was about to purchase. I haven't used Whiteside before, I hoped to buy a set of cutters but unfortunately you were out of stock. If the cutters prove to be the quality I'm hoping for then I would like to think I will be a repeat customer."
