LARGE RAISED PANEL - COVE
Product Description
The Whiteside 6000E cove pattern features 3 wings and a cutting diameter of 85.73mm (3-3/8"). The Whiteside 5900E features 2 wings and a cutting diameter of 82.55mm (3-1/4"). Both the 5900 and 6000 series are engineered and designed with 12.7mm (1/2”) shanks and recommended RPM at 11000 to 12000.
Employing the proven good routing technique of making the cut in more than one pass will extend the life of the cutting edge and will produce more consistent edge finishing. This technique should be applied whenever practicable.
The Whiteside large raised panel router bits are bearing guided and should only be used with table mounted routers.

All Whiteside’s cutting tips are hand brazed, precision ground and made from American industrial grade micro grain tungsten carbide.
