Full Bead
Product Description
Whiteside's full bead router bits create great shadow lines. Utilizing incremental plunge depths and multiple passes create a beading or reed effect. Looks great on the bottom or top edge of drawer fronts. The ball bearings installed allow the user to cut round-under as well as round-over profiles. The full bead can also be used to cut the leaf–shaped corner bead.
Technical:
- brazed tipped tungsten carbide
• 1 × B6 ball bearing installed on the shank, locked with LC-1/4 lock collar
• 1 × B7 ball bearing installed on bit end, locked with 54025s cap screw
Application
- suitable for hand held and table mounted routers
- general wood cutting
All Whiteside’s cutting tips are hand brazed, precision ground and made from American industrial grade micro grain tungsten carbide.
