Dovetail Bits with Ball Bearing Guides
Product Description
Whiteside Machine Company offers precision router bits to match Keller's unique dovetailing system. These are bearing guided router bits supplied with high quality steel ball bearings.
- Whiteside K31: equivalent part number Keller 1631 (7º ball bearing guided); 15.88mm bearing o/d
- Whiteside K33: equivalent part number Keller 1633 (7º ball bearing guided); 15.88mm bearing o/d
- Whiteside K35: equivalent part number Keller 2435 (7º ball bearing guided); 22.23mm bearing o/d
Whiteside K31 and Whiteside K33 are supplied with the B6 all steel ball bearing which requires light lubrication.
Whiteside K35 is supplied with the B12 ball bearing which has Teflon coated shields; the Teflon shield theory being that in use the Teflon flakes off and self-lubricates the rollers in the bearing, however due to the high RPM we do recommend that the bearing be lightly lubed.
Suitable for manual feed on router tables and hand held routing.
