1 Flute O-flute up cut spirals for surface milling, side milling and diagonal/plunge milling operations.
Suitable for materials:
- aluminium & aluminum alloys
- copper & copper alloys (bronze and brass)
- plastics
- aluminium composites
Machined from sub micro grain tungsten carbide.
Polished inner flute for optimum swarf ejection.
Designed to cut with or without the presence of coolant/lubricant, the use of coolant/lubricant will extend tool life.
Hold-down on material is vital, whether cutting by CNC or hand held router operation; material vibration will ensure shortened tool life and premature bit snapping.
