Long neck (long reach) up cut spirals for Aluminium extrusion milling operations.

Machined from sub micro grain tungsten carbide.

Popular with Aluminium extrusion milling and drilling, in particular the Aluminium window frame industry.

1 Flute, O-flute with polished inner flute for optimum swarf ejection.

Designed to cut with or without the presence of coolant/lubricant, the use of coolant/lubricant will extend tool life.

Hold-down on material is vital with the long bit profile, whether cutting by CNC or hand held router operation; material vibration will ensure shortened tool life and premature bit snapping.

"If paying by PayPal you get automatically get the name and address from PayPal. When buying CNC/router bits it would be easier to have an add-to-basket button on the bits list page - rather than it being a two-step process for each bit."
