Roundover and bead with Whiteside's specialized multi-beading sets; for extra deep beading.
Whiteside's stock roundover bits (2000 to 2012) fitted with the B2 ball bearing cut a maximum bead depth of 1.59mm (1/16"). The roundover bits included in the Multi-Beading sets allow you to expand the bead depth. These bits thus differ in design from the stock roundover bits (2000 to 2012).
Each set cuts a different radius:
Whiteside 2040B cuts a 6.35mm (1/4”) radius
Whiteside 2042B cuts a 9.53mm (3/8”) radius
Whiteside 2044B cuts a 12.7mm (1/2”) radius
Included with each roundover bit:
1 x Whiteside B2 ball bearing cuts a 4.76mm (3/16”) bead depth
1 x Whiteside B3 ball bearing cuts a 3.18mm (1/8”) bead depth
1 x Whiteside B7 ball bearing cuts a 1.59mm (1/16”) bead depth
1 x Whiteside B8 ball bearing cuts a smooth round over
1 x Whiteside HK-3/32 hex key wrench
Recommended for hand held and router table / manual feed routing operations.
All Whiteside’s cutting tips are hand brazed, precision ground and made from American industrial grade micro grain tungsten carbide.
